APPLICANT: FOLSOM REQUIREMENT FOR A TWO-CAR GARAGE, AND ALLOW A STRUCTURAL INTRUS: CASE NO. : V 89-2 WHEREAS, a verified appl ication for certain property, to wit: Lot 11 of Village Home in the City of Carlsbad according to #4165 fjl ed in the office of the County Recorder of Sari Di County. has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as p) Title 21 of the Carl sbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 20th day of Septerr hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to con: request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consic testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be h Commission considered all factors relating to V 89-2.
