PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2837
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE- CITY OF CARL! CALIFORNIA, DENYING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A SELF SERVIC WASH ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER 01 PIC0 DRIVE AND ELM AVENUE. APPLICANT: SHELL CAR WASH CASE NO: CUP 88-12
WHEREAS, a verified appl ication has been filed with the City (
and referred to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as I
Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, tt

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consic

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commiss
City of Carl sbad as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
