A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR ZONE 7 ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF THE CITY OF OCEANSIDE, WEST OF CALAVERA LAKE, AND EAST OF ZONE 2.
APPLICANT: HOFMAN PLANNING ASSOCIATES CASE NO.: LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN - ZONE 7
6 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of

WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution No. 8797 adopting 8
and referred to the Planning Commission, and
9 Citywide Facilities and Improvements Plan establishing facility ZI
10 performance standards for public facilities, and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 9808 requi'

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 8110 a 13

implementing Proposition E approved on November 4, 1986 by the cit

B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hear. Commission recommends APPROVAL of Local Facilities Management P1 7, based on the following findings and subject to the 1 condition:
