PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2946
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT
PERMIT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE EASTERN TERMINUS OF SWIFT PLACE CASE NAME: PALOMAR POINTE CASE NO.: HDP 89-43
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to \r
The portion of Lot 'IF" of the Rancho Agua Hedionda, in the City of Carlsbad, according to map thereof No. 823, filed November 16, 1896,
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the
Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request a
by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 6th day of
1989, consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering all

1. Hillside conditions have been properly identified.
2. As conditioned, this devel opment proposal and a1 1 appl icabl e apl permits are consistent with the purpose, intent, and requiremt Hillside Development Chapter of Title 21.
3. The project design and lot configuration minimizes disturbance 1 1 ands .
