PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2961
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR ZONE 14 ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH AND WEST OF THE CITY OF OCEANSIDE, AND EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL, NORTH OF RANCHO CARLSBAD. APPLICANT: HOFMAN PLANNING ASSOCIATES CASE NO. : LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN - ZONE 14
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of
and referred to the P1 anning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution No. 8797 adopting
Citywide Facilities and Improvements Plan establishing facility :
performance standards for public facilities, and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 9808 requ
processing of a Local Facilities Management Plan, and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 8110
implementing Proposition E approved on November 4, 1986 by the ci

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 3rd day of Janua
