PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2987
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLS CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CONTINUATION OF TENNIS COURT LIGHTING WIT MODIFICATION OF LIGHTING SYSTEM ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATE THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF VALLEY AND BASS STREETS.
CASE NAME: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO: DI 90-2 FOR CUP 88-13
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City (
and referred to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as i
Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, ti
Commission did, on the 21st day of February, 1990, hold a duly not-
hearing to consider said application on property described as:
Portions of tracts 248 and 249, Thum Lands, Map No. 1681
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consi
testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be 1
Commission considered all factors relating to the Discussion Item.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commis
City of Carlsbad as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public he Commission APPROVES DI 90-2 for CUP 88-13, based on the findings and subject to the following conditions:
