A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARL$
PERMIT ALLOWING THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF A CHURCH, DAY CENTER, AND SUNDAY SCHOOL ON A 3.54 ACRE PROPERTY LOCATED AT CENTELLA STREET. CASE NAME: CHRIST UNITED PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FIVE-YEAR EXTENSION OF A CONDITIONAL
CASE NO: CUP - 229x1
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City (
and referred to the P1 anni ng Commi ssi on; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as 1
Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, tt

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the P1 anning Commis!
City of Carlsbad as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public he; Commission APPROVE a five year extension for CUP - 229, ba following findings and subject to the following conditions:

Conditions:
1. All conditions of approval imposed upon CUP - 229 as stated i Commission Resolution No. 2127 shall apply as conditions of ai CUP - 229x1.

4. This conditional use permit is extended for a period of fivt from June 8, 1988, and will expire on June 8, 1993 unless extensions are approved.
