CASE NAME: HOLY CROSS EPISCOPAL CHURCH CASE NO: CUP 89-14 WHEREAS, a verified appl ication has been filed with the City c and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as 1 Title 21 of the Carl sbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, tt Commission did, on the 7th day of March, 1990, hold a duly noti hearing to consider said application on property described as: DOC 74-319792 in a portion of the northern half of Lot 9 Sec 35 - Township 12 South - Range 4 West WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consi testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be 1 Commission considered all factors relating to CUP 89-14. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commisr City of Carlsbad as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
