HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-04-04; Planning Commission; Resolution 30028 'z a e 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 3.5 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3002 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF MASTER PLAN 177(C) TO AMEND EXISTING MASTER PLAN 177 TO REVISE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS AND USE ALLOCATIONS FOR COMMERCIAL PLANNING AREAS 1, 2, 10 AND 11 ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF CASE NAME: AVIARA CASE NO.: MP 177(C) WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: Lots 2,4, and 5 of Map 12409 and Lots 87 and 88 of Map 12410 of Carlsbad Tract 85-35, City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California. BATIQUITOS LAGOON BETWEEN 1-5 AND EL CAMINO REAL. has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provide of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 4th day of April, duly noticed public hearing as prescriied by law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all 1 arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission consider relating to the Tentative Tract Map and Planned Unit Development. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning CI follows: A) That the above recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commission APPROVAL of MP 177(C) based on the following findings and subject to conditions: Findinxs: 1.
