A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLS
CALIFOMLA, APPROVING A 28 UNIT CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
CHINQUAPIN AVENUE AND HARRISON STREET.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
Lots 1 and 2 in Block “A“ of resubdivided portion of tracts 238 and 243 of :
Lands, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of Calif(
according to the map thereof no. 2103, filed in the office of the County Rec
of San Diego County, April 3, 1928.
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commissior
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Ti
