PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3016
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLS
CALIFORNLA, APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF UNICORN10 STI
BETWEEN EL FUERTE AND CACATUA STREET.
CASE NAME: LOS CUATROS
CASE NO.: PUD 89-16
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
Lot 522 of La Costa Meadows Unit No. 3 in the County of San Diego, Star
California, according to map thereof No. 7076 filed in the office of the Co
Recorder of San Diego County, October 6, 1971.
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Tit
Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 18th day of April, 1990,
noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all te:
arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considere
relating to the Planned Unit Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commissio:
A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commissio~
