" - B e 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 €3 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 I 28 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2998 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE CARLSBAD LOCAL COASTAL PLAN TO BRING THE DESIGNATIONS ON THE LOCAL COASTAL PLAN, GENERAL PLAN, AND ZONING MAP INTO CONFORMANCE ON PROPERTY LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE CITY OF CARLSBAD. CASE NAME: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO.: LCPA 89-3 WHEREAS, California State law requires that the Local Coastal Plan, Gen and Zoning designations for properties in the Coastal Zone be in conformance; WHEREAS, a verified application for an amendment to the Local Co: designations for certain property located, as shown on Exhibit "School Site Designat dated November 9, 1989, attached and incorporated herein, has been filed with the Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request for amen provided in Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 18th day of April, 199( 16th day of May, 1990, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to co proposed Local Coastal Plan Amendments shown on Exhibit "School Site Designation" I ~ WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testi arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered ~ relating to the Local Coastal Plan Amendment. WHEREAS, State Coastal Guidelines requires a six week public review , ~ any amendment to the Local Coastal Program. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Corn the City of Carlsbad, as follows: ~ -* z $ 1 2 3 4 5 6 0 e A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. B) At the end of the State mandated six week review period, starting on Noven and ending on December 20, 1989, staff shall present to the City Council a the comments received. C) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commission APPROVAL of LCPA 89-3 as shown on Exhibit "School Site Designation" August 9, 1989, attached hereto and made a part hereof based on the follow Findings: 7 1.
