CASE NAME: WESTBLUFF ASSOCIATES, LTD. CASE NO: CUP 169x1 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of C referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, t Commission did, on the 20th day of June, 1990, hold a duly noticed public hearin> said application on property described as: Being a portion of the west half of the northeast quarter of Sectic Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino base meridian, in tl of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California. This conditional use permit is extended for a period of ten (10) years I January 23, 1985 and expiring on January 23, 1995 unless subsequent e: approved.
