A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A 10 YEAR EXTENSION OF
A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE CONTINUED
OPERATION OF A VETERINARY CLINIC ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED IN THE WEST BLUFF PLAZA COMMERCIAL CENTER AT
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF ALGA ROAD AND EL WINO
REAL..
CASE NAME: WESTBLUFF ASSOCIATES, LTD.
CASE NO: CUP 169x1
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of C
referred to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided
of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, t
Commission did, on the 20th day of June, 1990, hold a duly noticed public hearin>
said application on property described as:
Being a portion of the west half of the northeast quarter of Sectic

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all tc

Findinns:
1. That the requested use is necessary or desirable for the development of the

Conditions:
1. All conditions of approval imposed upon CUP 169 as stated in Planning
Resolution 1591 shall apply as conditions of approval for CUP 169x1.
2. This conditional use permit is extended for a period of ten (10) years I
January 23, 1985 and expiring on January 23, 1995 unless subsequent e:
approved. Th;s conditional use permit shall be reviewed by the Plann$g 1
yearly basis to determine if all conditions of this permit have been met and
does not have a significant detrimental impact on surrounding properties (
health and welfare. If the Planning Director determines that the use has SUI
