A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSE
CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A 174 RESIDENTIAL :
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT ’
SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF THE CITY ADJACENT TO THE CITY
ENCINITAS.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
