CASE NAME: RANCHO VERDE CASE NO.: PUD 89-23 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: Portions of Lots 8, 9, and 15 of the subdivision of Rancho Las Encinitas, i~ City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to thereof No. 848, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said San 1 County, June 27, 1898. has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commissior WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Ti Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 6th day of June, 1990, an( day of June, 1990, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to 1 request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all te arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission consider relating to the Tentative Tract Map and Planned Unit Development.
