CASE NAME: RANCHO VERDE CASE NO.: HDP 89-35 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: Portions of Lots 8, 9, and 15 of the subdivision of Rancho Las Encinitas, it City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to thereof No. 848, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said San r County, June 27, 1898, has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Til Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 6th day of June, 1990, anc day of June, 1990, consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony ani if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors rt Planning Commission Determination; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commissic A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commissior APPROVAL of HDP 89-35, based on the following findings and subject to conditions: Findings: 1. That Hillside conditions have been properly identified. 2. That undevelopable areas of the project have been identified. 3. That no development or grading will occur in those portions of the prope$ undevelopable pursuant to the provisions of Section 21.53.120 of this code. 5. That the project design and lot configuration minimizes disturbance of hills 6. That the project design substantially conforms to the intent of the concept: in the Hillside Development Guidelines manual. Conditions: 1. All conditions of Planning Commission Numbers 3022, 3023, 3024, incorporated herein by reference. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 20th day of June, 1990, by the fop to wit: AYES: Chairman Schramm, Commissioners: Schlehuber, Holmes, McFac & Hall.
