CASE NAME: ARROYO LA COSTA CASE NO.: MPA - 149(0) WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: Those portions of lots 3, 4, 9 and 10 of Rancho Las Encinitas, in the Cit Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, per map No. 848, filed in office of the County Recorder of said county on June 27, 1898 know Assessors Parcel No.’s 255-010-09, 18 & 19, 255-022-01, 255-030-09, 10 & 255-031-24 & 25, 255-041-14. 10 11 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Tit I.2 !I Carlsbad Municipal Code and as shown on Exhibit Y-2 attached hereto and made a : 13 14 15 16 and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 16th day of May, 1990, an( day of June, 1990, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to cc 17 I/ request; and 18 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all tes 19 relating to the Master Plan and; 20 arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considere 21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commissiol 22 A) That the above recitations are true and correct. 23 24 25 26 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commission APPROVAL of MPA-149(0), based on the following findings and subject to t conditions: ... 27 I/ ‘‘a 28 r. e b Findinns: 9 1 1.
