A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSB
CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MASTER PLAN AMENDMI
ON PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF EL WINO REAL, NORTH OF OLIVENH
ROAD, AND WEST OF RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD AND GENERALLY SOUTH
PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD IN THE PC ZONE AND IN LFMP ZONE 12.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Tit
