The proposed Master Plan implements the General Plan designation Community by establishing land uses and maximum development intensitie detailed analysis of the opportunities and constraints of the site. 3. PLAN COMMUNITY GENERALLY LOCATED ON PROPERTY LOCATED EAS EL CAMINO FUZAL, NORTH OF OLIVENHAIN ROAD, AND WEST OF k& SANTA FE ROAD. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does ordain as follov WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has : considered a Master Plan for future development of the site; and WHEREAS, after procedures in accordance with the requirements of law an has determined that the public interest indicates that said plan be approved.
