A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN
AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL
PLAN ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF EL CAMINO
REAL, NORTH OF OLIVENHAIN ROAD, AND WEST OF RANCHO
SANTA FE ROAD IN THE PC ZONE AND IN LFMP ZONE 12.

7 WHEREAS, a verified application for an amendment to the Gt

designation for certain property located, as shown on Exhibit X-2, dated May 16,19!
and incorporated herein, has been filed with the Planning Commission; and

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request for am(
provided in Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 16th day of May, 15
