A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARL!
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EIGHT (8) YEAR EXTENSION OF A CONDITI
USE PERMIT ALLOWING THE ON PREMISE SALE OF BEER AND WINE A'
EXISTING BUFFY'S RESTAURANT LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORN1
PI0 PIC0 AND TAMARACK AVENUE.

CASE NO: CUP 213x1
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbad
to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by T
Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Planning
