CASE NAME: MASADER I CASE NO: CT 89-30 6 II WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: 7 8 Lots 407 & 408 of La Costa Meadows Unit No. 2 in the City of Carlsbad, CI of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 6905, filed i office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, April 21, 1971. 9 10 11 12 13 3.4 15 by law to consider said request; and 16 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all te 17 arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission consider( 18 relating to the Tentative Tract Map CT 89-30. 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commissio has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commissio~ WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by TI Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 6th day of June, 1990, of June, 1990, and the 9th day of July, 1990, hold a duly noticed public hearing , I 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 A) That the above recitations are true and correct. This project is consistent with the City's Growth Management Ordinance as conditioned to comply with any requirement approved as part of the LOC Management Plan for Zone 6. Conditions: 1. Approval is granted for CT 89-30, as shown on Exhibit(s) "A" - "M", dated M: incorporated by reference and on file in the Planning Department.
