SDP 89-11 TO DEVELOP A 1.58 ACRE LOT WITH THREE SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES AND A COMMON LOT PRIVATE DRIVEWAY ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF LA COSTA AVENUE AND WEST OF LA CORUNA PLACE. CASE NAME: LA CORUNA CASE NO: SDP 89-11 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provid of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, Commission did, on the 6th day of June, 1990, the 20th day of June, 1990, and 1 July, 1990, consider said request on property described as: Lot 180 of La Costa South, Unit No. 1, in the City of Carlsbad, San Diego County, according to Map No. 61 17 as recorded on June 3, 1968. WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission consider relating to SDP 89-11. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commissic SDP 89-1 1, based on the following findings and subject to the following CI Findings: 1. The project is consistent with the Ciws General Plan. The proposed projs 3.67 dus/acre is below the density range of 4-8 dus/acre allowed by the R-M Designation because the site is topographically constrained. The site is physically suitable for the type and density of the development is adequate in size and shape to accommodate residential development proposed. 3. The Planning Commission has, by inclusion of an appropriate condition t ensured that the final map will not be approved unless the City Council fir service is available to serve the project. The applicant is by condition, required to pay any increase in public facilit construction tax, or development fees, and has agreed to abide by a requirements established by a Local Facilities Management Plan prepared Chapter 21.90 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. This project was subject to Chapter 21.95 of the Carlsbad Municipal ( Ordinance) and meets all the requirements of that Chapter to ensure treatment of the City's hillside resources. Conditions: 1. Approval is granted for SDP 89-1 1/PUD 89-12/HDP 89-32, as shown on E "Gf, dated June 6,1990, incorporated by reference and on file in the Plannin Development shall occur substantially as shown unless otherwise nc conditions. 2.
