CASE NAME: LA CORUNA CASE NO: HDP 89-32 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: Lot 180 of La Costa South, Unit No. 1 in the City of Carlsbad, San Diego Cc according to Map No. 6117 as recorded on June 3, 1968, has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commissio WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by 7 Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 6th day of June, 1990, thf June, 1990, and the 9th day of July, 1990, consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony an if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors r Planning Commission Determination; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commissic A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commissio HDP 89-32, based on the following findings and subject to the following Findings: 1. Hillside conditions and developablehon-developable portions of the sit properly identified. 2. This development proposal and all applicable approvals, conditions anc consistent with the purpose, intent and requirements of the Hillside Develop] of Title 21. 3. The project's density, design, use of split pads and terraced units, and lot I minimizes disturbance of hillside lands. -. b II * e 1 2 3 4 5 4. The overall project grading of 3,180 cubic yards per developable acre is acceptable fa projects. Conditions: 1. Approval is granted for HDP 89-32, as shown on Exhibits "A" - "G", dated Ju incorporated by reference and on file in the Planning Department. Development substantially as shown on the approved exhibits. Any proposed grading and/or 1 substantially different from this approval as determined by the Planning Director, sh; amendment to this Hillside Development Permit. 6 7 8 9 2. All conditions of approval for SDP 89-11 and PUD 89-12 are contained in Planning Resolution No's. 3046 and 3047 and are incorporated herein by reference.
