A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARL!
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TENTATIVE TRACT FOR A SIX
CONDOMINIUM ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF ALGA 1
AND WEST OF SANTA ISABEL STREET.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
Lot 410 La Costa Meadows Unit No. 2, in the City of Carlsbad, County o
Diego, State of California, according to the map thereof No. 6905, filed j
office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, April 21, 1971;
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commissio
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by T
Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 6th day of June, 1990,
