PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3052
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARL:
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT FOR A SIX
CONDOMINIUM ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF ALGA :
AND WEST OF SANTA ISABEL STREET.
CASE NAME: MASADER I1
CASE NO: PUD 89-15
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
Lot 410 La Costa Meadows Unit No. 2, in the City of Carlsbad, County (
Diego, State of California, according to the map thereof No. 6905, filed
office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, April 21, 1971;
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commissic
WHEREAS, said verffied application constitutes a request as provided by 'I
Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 6th day of June, 1990,
of June, 1990, and the 9th day of July, 1990, hold a duly noticed public hearing
by law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all t

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commissi
A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commissil
PUD 89-15, based on the following findings and subject to the following

2. The site is physically suitable for the type and density of the development t
