A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARL:
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMEN
EXPAND EXISTING CAR STORAGE USE ALLOWED BY CUP 89-2 ON PROP
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 1-5 AND CAI'
ROAD.

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbad a]
the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by 7
Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Planninj
did, on the 20th day of June, 1990, and the 9th day of July, 1990, hold a duly I

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all tl

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commissi
of Carlsbad as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commissic

2. This project is also approved under the express condition that the applic
