CASE NAME: PLAZA DE LA COSTA ASSOC., LTD. CASE NO: CUP 254x1 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbad to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Til Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Planning did, on the 9th day of July, 1990, hold a duly noticed public hearing to c1 application on property described as: Parcel "D of Parcel Map 101283 WHEREAS, at said public :hearing, upon hearing and considering all te: arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considere relating to CUP 254x1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commissio: of Carlsbad as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
