A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSI
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF A CONDITIONAL USE PEF
ALLOWING A VETERINARY HOSPITAL ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCP
IN THE PLAZA DE LA COSTA SHOPPING CENTER AT THE SOUTHI
CORNER OF LA COSTA AVENUE AND EL CAMINO REAL.
CASE NAME: PLAZA DE LA COSTA ASSOC., LTD.
CASE NO: CUP 254x1
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbad
to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Til
Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Planning

1. All conditions of approval imposed upon CUP 254 as stated in Planning
Resolution 2330 shall apply as conditions of approval for CUP 254x1.
