A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSB
CALIFORNIA, DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE A HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LA COSTA AVEI
BETWEEN EL CAMINO REAL AND VIEJO CASTILLA WAY.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
Parcel 25 of Map 6117, La Costa South Unit no. 1, City of Carlsbad, County of San Di
State of California,
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of '
Municipal Code; and
