PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3054
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CIT? CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A : CODE AMENDMENT, AMENDING TITLE 21, CHAPTER 21 SECTION 21.41.160, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE, DECREASE THE NOTICE PERIOD TO REMOVE ANY CAMPAIGN 1
THAT DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL ( FROM FIVE DAYS TO TWO DAYS. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO.: ZCA 89-3
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 18th day
1990, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed t
consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and cox
all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desir
heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to
Code Amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Commission as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public
the Commission recommends APPROVAL of ZCA 89-3, accc Exhibit tlX1l, dated May 25, 1990, on file in the Department and made a part hereof, based on the f findings and subject to the following findings.

1. The proposed amendment will reduce the notice p remove any campaign sign that does not conform Carlsbad Municipal Code.
