CASE NAME: NAVARRA CONDOMINIUMS CASE NO.: CP 89-12 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: Lot 41 of La Costa South Unit No, 1, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San D State of California, according to Map thereof No. 6117, filed in the office o County Recorder of San Diego County, June 3, 1968. has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; , WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Ti Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 1st day of August, 1990, noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all te: arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considere relating to the Condominium Permit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commissio: A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
