CASE NAME: JEREZ COURT CASE NO: PUD 89-6 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: 7 Lot 363 of La Costa South Unit No. 5 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San DI according to Map No. 6600 8 9 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; a 10 11 12 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Tit Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 1st day of August, 1990, 13 noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and 14 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all tes 15 relating to the Tentative Tract Map and Planned Unit Development. 16 arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered 17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission l8 A) That the above recitations are true and correct, 19 20 21 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Cod: APPROVES PUD 89-6, based on the following findings and subject to thl conditions: 22 Findings: I1 23 24 1.
