A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSB
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALL
ADDITIONAL SATELLITE ANTENNAE AND INTERFERENCE SCREENING
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE WESTERN PERIMETER OF *
SQUIRES DAM FACILITY.
CASE NAME: SQUIRES COMMUNICATION ANTENNA

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and *

the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Titl

Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Planning (

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all test

relating to CUP 184(A).
19 I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission

Findinxs:
1. That the requested use is necessaly or desirable for the development of the c

2. That the site for the intended use is adequate in size and shape to accommo

Conditions:
1. Approval is granted for CUP 184(A) as shown on Exhibits "A"-"B", dated J
