HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-08-15; Planning Commission; Resolution 3045// 0 0 1 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3045 2 3 4 5 6 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSB CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALL ADDITIONAL SATELLITE ANTENNAE AND INTERFERENCE SCREENING PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE WESTERN PERIMETER OF * SQUIRES DAM FACILITY. CASE NAME: SQUIRES COMMUNICATION ANTENNA CASE NO: CUP 184(A) WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and * 9 the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Titl 10 11 Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Planning ( 12 13 did, on the 9th day of July, 1990, the 1st day of August, 1990, and the 15th day of Au 14 hold a duly noticed public hearing to consider said application on property describec 15 Portion of Lot "C", Map 823, Rancho Agua Hedionda in the City of Carlsl: County of San Diego, State of California 16 17 18 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all test arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered relating to CUP 184(A). 19 I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 Findinxs: 1. That the requested use is necessaly or desirable for the development of the c is essentially in harmony with the various elements and objectives of the genera the proposed use is to be located; of Carlsbad as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. That the site for the intended use is adequate in size and shape to accommo 3. That all of the yards, setbacks, walls, fences, landscaping, and other features adjust the requested use to existing or permitted future uses in the neighbol provided and maintained; 4. That the street system serving the proposed use is adequate to properly hanl generated by the proposed use. 5. This project will not cause any significant environmental impacts and Declaration has been issued by the Planning Director on July 16, 1990 and by the Planning Commission on August 15,1990. In approving this Negativt the Planning Commission has considered the initial study, the staff analysis, mitigation measures and any written comments received regarding the signi this project could have on the environment. Conditions: 1. Approval is granted for CUP 184(A) as shown on Exhibits "A"-"B", dated J incorporated herein by reference and on file in the Planning Department. I shall occur substantially as shown unless otherwise noted in these conditior 2. CUP 184(A) is subject to all conditions of CUP 184, incorporated herein by rl on file in the Planning Department, except Condition number 5 which is Condition number 3 below. 3. This conditional use permit is granted for a period of five years.
