A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, EXTENDING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ALLOWING A RESIDENTIAL
CARE FACILITY ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF PALM AVENUE BETWEEN HARDING

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City (

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as F

Findings:
1. That the requested use continues to be necessary or desirable for the de
