PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3093
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
STANDARDS VARIANCE FOR A 108 DWELLING UNIT
CONDOMINIUM PROJECT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF ALGA ROAD AND BLACK RAIL
COURT.
CASE NAME: AVIARA - PLANNING AREA 12

WHEREAS, the applicant has requested approval of Standards Variance for r(
of centerline radii on 3 curves on Feriina and Aleutia Lane and to eliminate standard knl
