PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3086
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSB
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FOUR LOT PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HOSP V
AND EL CAMINO REAL.

5 11 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:

Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 8586 in the City of Carlsbad in the county of San Di(
State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego Cou
being a division of portions of lots 4 and 5 in Section 32, township 11 so
range 4 west, San Bemardino Meridian, according to official plat thereof.

18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission

B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commission
PUD 90-2, based on the following findings and subject to the following con(

1. The Planning Commission has, by inclusion of an appropriate condition to

9. The applicant is by condition, required to pay any increase in public facility
construction tax, or development fees, and has agreed to abide by an!

public facilities and will mitigate any cumulative impacts created by the proj

10. This project is consistent with the Citfs Growth Management Ordinance as
conditioned to comply with any requirement approved as part of the Loc
Management Plan for Zone 2.
11. The architectural detailing and onsite amenities are provided in accordan
requirements of a Q-oveilay zone.
12. The proposed uses are compatiile with existing surrounding uses and wi
broader range of services to the community at large.
13. The provision of daycare on this site will help to fulfill a Citywide need.
Conditions:
1. All conditions of Planning Commission Resolution No. 3085 are applicable to t

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning t
