CASE NAME: WESTERN FINANCIAL PLAZA CASE NO.: PUD 90-2 5 11 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: 6 7 8 Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 8586 in the City of Carlsbad in the county of San Di( State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego Cou being a division of portions of lots 4 and 5 in Section 32, township 11 so range 4 west, San Bemardino Meridian, according to official plat thereof. 9 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; a 10 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Tit] 3.1 Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 12 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 19th day of September, 1990, l3 noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and 14 11 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all tesl 15 16 arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considerec relating to the Tentative Tract Map and Planned Unit Development. 17 18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission 19 I/ A) That the above recitations are true and correct. 20 21 22 23 24 25 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commission PUD 90-2, based on the following findings and subject to the following con( Findings: 1. This project is consistent with the Citfs Growth Management Ordinance as conditioned to comply with any requirement approved as part of the Loc Management Plan for Zone 2. 11. The architectural detailing and onsite amenities are provided in accordan requirements of a Q-oveilay zone. 12. The proposed uses are compatiile with existing surrounding uses and wi broader range of services to the community at large. 13. The provision of daycare on this site will help to fulfill a Citywide need. Conditions: 1.
