FT. ON PROPERTY GENERA LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HOSP WAY AND EL CAMINO RE APPLICANT: WESTERN FINANCIAL SAVINGS BANK CASE NO.: SUP 90-1 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 8586 in the City of Carlsbad in the county of San Dic State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego Cou being a division of portions of lots 4 and 5 in Section 32, township 11 so range 4 west, San Bernardino Meridian, according to official plat thereof. has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; a WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Tit! Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 19th day of September, 1990, noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all tes arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considerec relating to the Special Use Permit; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commissior of Carlsbad as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commission SUP 90-1, based on the following findings and subject to the following con( Findings: 1. The proposed uses are compatiile with existing sulTounding uses and wi broader range of services to the community at large. 13.
