A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSB,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR A THREE BUILD1
COMMERCIAL CENTER TOTALING 23,982 SQ. FT. ON PROPERTY GENERA
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HOSP WAY AND EL CAMINO RE
APPLICANT: WESTERN FINANCIAL SAVINGS BANK
CASE NO.: SUP 90-1
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 8586 in the City of Carlsbad in the county of San Dic
State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego Cou
being a division of portions of lots 4 and 5 in Section 32, township 11 so
range 4 west, San Bernardino Meridian, according to official plat thereof.
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; a
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Tit!

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 19th day of September, 1990,
noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all tes

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commissior
of Carlsbad as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commission
