CASE NAME: DANIELS CABLEVISION CASE NO: SDP 80-3(A) PLAN AMENDMENT NO. SDP 80-3(A) TO ALLOW FOR THE EXPANSI( WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Car referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided 1 ~ of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 Commission did, on the 19th day of September, 1990, consider said request o described as: A portion of Lot "B" of Rancho Agua Hedionda according to Map No. 8 recorded in San Diego County, California on November 16, 1896. WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all test arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission con factors relating to SDP 80-3(A). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL7 Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the < APPROVES SDP 80-3(A), based on the following findings and SUI following conditions: Findinm: 1. El Camino Real shall be dedicated by the developer along the projec based on a center line to right-of-way width of 63 feet and in conforn City of Carlsbad Standards prior to issuance of building permit. Direct access rights for the project frontage with El Camino Real shall by separate deed document prior to building permit issuance.
