A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 1
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A MAJOR SITE DEVELOPME1
OF THE DANIELS CABLEVISION USE ON PROPERTY GENERAL
LOCATED NORTH OF FARADAY AVENUE AND EAST OF EL CAM11 REAL.

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Car
