A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSl
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A CONDITIONAL USE PEF
TO ALLOW A 560 SQUARE FOOT MAINTENANCE BUILDING ON PROPE
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF LAUREL TREE ROAD, SOUTl
PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD.

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbad an1

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Til
