CASE NAME: LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN ZONE 5 CASE NO: LFMP 5 t5 /I WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of C: 7 11 referred to the Planning Commission: and 8 9 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided 1o I1 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and XI. That Drainage Condition #A, adopted August 4,1987 by the Carlsbad Ci as part of Local Facilities Management Plan Zone 5 is no longer necess subsequent hydrological analysis that indicates the natural flow of the SI Chanel is sufficient to mitigate the concerns addressed by the Conditio PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 19th day of Septem by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Chairperson Schramm, Commissioners: Schlehuber, Holm( Marcus and Hall.
