A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITk
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
AMENDMENT OF LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN ZOh
WHICH DELETES A DRAINAGE CONDITION ADJACENT TO EL CAN
REAL AND COLLEGE BOULEVARD.

Findings:
1. That Drainage Condition #A, adopted August 4,1987 by the Carlsbad Ci
as part of Local Facilities Management Plan Zone 5 is no longer necess
subsequent hydrological analysis that indicates the natural flow of the SI
Chanel is sufficient to mitigate the concerns addressed by the Conditio
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 19th day of Septem
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Chairperson Schramm, Commissioners: Schlehuber, Holm(
Marcus and Hall.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Commissioner McFadden.
ABSTAIN: None.
