A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO DEVELOP A 56 DWELLING
UNIT CONDOMINIUM PROJECT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED NORTH OF ALGA ROAD ALONG PINTAIL COURT.
