A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAl
CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM L-C 'I
R-1-7500 AND OS ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE NORT
SHORE OF BATIQUITOS LAGOON, SOUTH OF THE SPINNAKER HILI
DEVELOPMENT AND WEST OF THE AVIARA MASTER PLAN.
CASE NAME: BROCCATO
CASE NO.: ZC 89-6
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit:
All portions of lots 1,11 and 12 in Section 33, Township 12 south, Range 4 we5
San Bernardino Meridian
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; an
WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 17th day of October, 1990, ho
noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testin

arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered a

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission as 17
relating to the Zone Change; and
