CASE NAME: BROCCATO CASE NO.: HDP 89-37 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: 7 II All or portions of lots 1, 11 and 12 in Section 33, Township 12 south, Rang west, San Bernardino Meridian, 8 /I has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; an 9 II 10 I1 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 11 I/ Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 12 I/ WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 17th day of October, 1990, COI 13 // request; and 14 if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors rela 15 WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and 2 Planning Commission Determination; and 16 17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission i 18 A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. 19 20 21 22 23 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commission re APPROVAL of HDP 89-37, based on the following findings and subject to thc conditions; Findings: 1.
