A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBA
CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A HILLSIDE DEVELOPMEI
PERMIT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE NORTH SHORE (
BATIQUITOS LAGOON, SOUTH OF THE SPINNAKER HILLS DEVELOPMENT AT
WEST OF THE AVIARA MASTER PLAN.
CASE NAME: BROCCATO
CASE NO.: HDP 89-37
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
7 II All or portions of lots 1, 11 and 12 in Section 33, Township 12 south, Rang
west, San Bernardino Meridian,
8 /I has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; an

10 I1 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title
