A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAl
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENLARGEMENT OF A WATER LINE, STREE
WIDENING, AND MEDIAN INSTALLATION ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATE
HOSP WAY.
CASE NAME: CITY OF CARLSBAD
IN THE EL CAMINO REAL RIGHT-OF-WAY BETWEEN CHESTNUT AVENUE A&
CASE NO.: PCD/GPC 90-4
6 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
'1 El Camino Real right-of-way from Chestnut Avenue northward to Hosp Way in t
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of Calfornia,
8 11 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; an

10 - /I WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title

14 WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and a
15 if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors rela
16 Planning Codssion Determination; and
Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 17th day of October, 1990, COI

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission i
