PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3133
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ANON-RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNITDEVELOPMENT
ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON LOT 21 OF THE CARLSBAD OAKS
BUSINESS PARK.
CASE NAME: PROMONTORY BUSINESS PARK
CASE NO.: PUD 90-19
5 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
6 Lot 21 of Carlsbad Tract 74-21,
7 j/ has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the
Carlsbad Municipal Code; and

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 17th day of October, 1990, hold a duly
noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and
13 I/ WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and

A) That the above recitations are true and correct.

B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commission recommends
APPROVAL of PUD 90-19, based on the following findings and subject to the following

The proposed project is consistent with the City's General Plan Non-residential Planned
Development Ordinance, Planned Industrial Zone, and Specific Plan 200.
That all of the yards, setbacks, walls, fences, landscaping, and other features necessary to
adjust the requested use to existing or permitted future uses in the neighborhood will be
provided and maintained.

4. That the street system serving the proposed use is adequate to properly handle all traffic
