A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. SDP 90-2 ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 345 CHESTNUT AVENUE.

7 referred to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and
8 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title
9 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
10 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Planning
11 Commission did, on the 5th day of December, 1990, consider said request on property

14 II Northwest 188.5 feet of Lot 23, Block P of Palisades, City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego according to map 1747.

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony
lr // and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all
18 factors relating to SDP 90-2.
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission

of the City of Carlsbad as follows:

A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commission hereby 23 APPROVES SDP 90-2, based on the following findings and subject to the following

2. This project is consistent with the R-3 Zone and Beach Area Overlay Zone and meets
1 all the requirements of Chapter 21 of the Citfs Municipal Code.

Conditions:
1. All conditions of Planning Commission Resolution No's. 3163, 3165, 3166, are
incorporated herein by reference.
2. Approval of SDP 90-2 is granted subject to approval of CT 90-1 and PUD 90-1.
3. Approval is granted for SDP 90-2, as shown on Exhibit(s) "A" - "G" dated October
4, 1990, incorporated by reference and on file in the Planning Department.
Development shall occur substantially as shown unless otherwise noted in these conditions.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 5th day of December, 1990,
