I PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3166
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO CONSTRUCT 6 CONDOMINIUM
UNITS ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 345 CHESTNUT
AVENUE.
CASE NAME: YAZDI CONDOS
1 CASE NO.: PUD 90-1
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
Northwest 188.5 feet of Lot 23, Block P of Palisades, City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego according to map 1747.
9 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and
10 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title
X' 11 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and

13 I( WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 5th day of December, 1990,
14 hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and
15 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony
16 and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all

factors relating to the Planned Unit Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission

9 Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 5th day of December, 1990,
