PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3182
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF A 12 UNIT CONDOMINIUM TENTATIVE
TRACT MAP ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF PIRINEOS WAY, ONE LOT EAST OF VIEJO
CASTILLA WAY.
CASE NAME: GOLF HEIGHTS 4
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
Parcel one of Parcel Map 4548; a Division of Lot 1 Tract No.
74-48, Map No. 7915, County Recorder of San Diego County
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided b:
Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 2nd day of January, 1991
hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering a
testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commissio
considered all factors relating to the Planned Unit Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commissio
as follows:
A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commissic
APPROVES PUD 90-27, based on the following findings and subject to tl
following conditions:

2. The proposed project is consistent with the City's Planned Development Ordinan
and also complies with the Design Guidelines Manual.
Conditions:
1. Approval is granted for PUD 90-27, as shown on Exhibit(s) "A" - "G", dat
October 9, 1990, incorporated by reference and on file in the Planni
Department. Development shall occur substantially as shown unless othenu;
noted in these conditions.
2. Al.l conditions of Phning Commission Resolution No. 3181 are incorporat
herein by reference.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the P1ann.i
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 2nd day of January, 1991,
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Chairperson Holmes, Commissioners: Schlehuber, Schrm
McFadden, Erwin, Marcus and Hall.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
