If any condition for construction of any public improvements or facilities, or t payment of any fees in lieu thereof, imposed by this approval or imposed by law this project are challenged this approval shall be suspended as provided Government Code Section 65913.5. If any such condition is determined to invalid this approval shall be invalid unless the City Council determines that I project without the condition complies with all requirements of law. 5. Approval of this request shall not excuse compliance with all sections of the Zoni Ordinance and all other applicable City ordinances in effect at time of right-of-w permit issuance. ~ I rf 6. An exterior lighting plan including parking areas shall be submitted for Planni Director approval. The developer shall comply with all rules, regulations and design requirements 4 the respective sewer and water agencies regarding services to the project. 21. The developer shall be responsible for coordination with S.D.G.&E., Pacif Telephone, and Cable TV authorities. 14 22. Some improvements shown on the site plan require work in the right-of-way.
