PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3190
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO
ALLOW A HIRING CENTER ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON
THE EAST SIDE OF EL CAMINO REAL SOUTH OF FARADAY AVENUE.

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbad an
referred to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 2
of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Plannin
Commission did, on the 20th day of February, 1991, hold a duly noticed public hearin
to consider said application on property described as:
Portion of Lot B, Map 823, Rancho Agua Hedionda
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony an(
arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered a1
factors relating to CUP 90-13.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of thl
City of Carlsbad as follows: I A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.

1. That the requested use is necessary or desirable for the development of tl.

Conditions:
1. Approval is granted for CUP 90-13 for two (2) years, as shown on Exhibit(s) "P
and "B", dated February 20, 1991, incorporated by reference and on file in thl
Planning Department. Development shall occur substantially as shown unles
otherwise noted in these conditions.
2. This conditional use permit is granted for a period of 2 years. This conditional us
permit shall be reviewed by the Planning Director on a yearly basis to determin
if all conditions of this permit have been met and that the use does not have
significant detrimental impact on surrounding properties or the public health an welfare. Staff will return to the Planning Commission in one year with a repol
detailing these findings. If the Planning Director determines that the use has suc:
significant adverse impacts, the Planning Director shall recommend that th
