HomeMy WebLinkAbout1991-02-20; Planning Commission; Resolution 3198.. ** e 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3198 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A PLANNED INDUSTRIAL PERMIT TO ALLOW A CLAIMS CENTER ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD BETWEEN PALOMAR OAKS WAY AND CAMINO VIDA ROBLE. CASE NAME: STATE FARM MUTUAL INSURANCE CASE NO: PIP 90-4 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbac and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided b: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Plannin Commission did, on the 20th day of February, 1991, hold a duly noticed public hearin, to consider said application on property described as: Lot 12 of CT 81-46, Unit 1 according to Map 11287 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California. WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering a testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commissio considered all factors relating to PIP 90-4. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commissio of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commissio GRANTS PIP 90-4, based on the following findings and subject to the followin conditions; I ~ 4 .- I/ 0 0 Ii Findings: 1 -L 1. The site indicated by the Planned Industrial Permit is adequate in size and shap 2 to accommodate the proposed use, and all yards, spaces, walls, fencesy parkg 3 loading, landscapingy and other fames required by this chapter. 4 2. The improvements indicated on the Planned Industrial Permit are located in SUC 5 6 3. The improvements as shown on the Planned Industrial Permit are consistent wit the intent and purpose of this zone and all adopted developmenty design, an( a manner to be related to existing and proposed streets and highways. 7 performance standards as set forth in this chapter. 8 Conditions: 9 1. Approval of PIP 904 is granted subject to approval of CUP 90-11. lo 2.
