A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO SITE DEVELOPMENT
DELICATESSEN ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED IN
THE CAR COUNTY EXPANSION SOUTH OF CANNON ROAD,
EAST OF PASEO DEL NORTE.

PLAN NO. SDP 88-3 TO PERMIT A 1,080 SQUARE FOOT

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbad an
referred to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Titj

Findings:
1. All the findings of Planning Commission Resolutions No. 2775,2776 and 3220 a
incorporated herein by reference.
Conditions:
1. Approval is granted for SDP 88-3(A), as shown on Exhibits "A" - ''CY dated May l!
1991, incorporated by reference and on file in the Planning Departmen
Development shall occur substanddy as shown unless otherwise noted in tha
conditions.
2. All the conditions of Planning Commission Resolutions No. 2775,2776 and 322
are incorporated herein by reference.
3. Approval of SDP 88-3 is granted subject to the approval of SP 19(E).
